Not yet. The schedule page gets posted usually the month leading into the festival. There you can find all of the artists that are playing and performing.
No. We love our furry friends but despite pets being allowed in the early days of the festival, we do not allow any pets at the event.
If you have a service animal or a medical necessity to bring a pet, please email info@paellafest.org.
Yes! As long as you have your entrance ticket, you can get in and out of the festival as many times as you need. Just make sure you bring with you your ticket.
We typically post the festival map in the week leading up to the event.
Paellafest provides accessible entrances for guests with disabilities at the main entrance of the festival grounds as well as ADA restrooms. Please email info@paellafest.org for more information.
With all the delicious food at Paellafest, it gets quite busy during regular meal times. Also, there will be a very big and good inauguration at 11:00am that you must not miss. We recommend arriving on time around 10:00am.
TICKETS
At the check-in entrance tents we will provide you with all the Paellafest give away tickets included in your ticket. You will trade with them to get what you purchase.
Unfortunately no, that is why we have different kind of tickets so you find what you like the most
Yes. Food vendors do not accept cash or cards, they only accept Paellafest give away tickets. So you must go to any of the check-in tents to get as many Paellafest money-tickets as you want to spend in any vendor.
No necessary. Non-food vendors will accept whatever payment method they want to use with you.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you the money back but there will be tons of different things where you can spend that money
FOOD AND DRINK
Yes, in the days leading into the event we’ll post the menus.
We sometimes are able to post menus earlier than that, but paella chefs and other food vendors plan their menus independently of the event (and in top secret!). So we often do not have information on what they will be serving until close to the event.
Professional chefs will cook the original recipe of paella, the Valencian Paella, and will fight to accomplish the closest flavor, texture and colors. There will be a jury who will try all the paellas and part of it will come from Spain. The winner will travel to Spain to an International final paella competition with all expresses covered
Yes, especially towards the end of the event. The paella chefs and vendors teams try to bring enough food to last the whole event. However, since how much food to bring is often a «best guess» it can and often does sell out. This is especially true for popular dishes.
If you see a dish you really want, we highly recommend getting there early.
Yes. Chefs will cook paellas without meet too and food vendors will have tons of options to choose.
Food – The paella and vendors teams set their prices so it highly varies depending on the item. Typically, you can expect to pay between $5-15 for a meal.
Drinks are usually between $5-10.
When we post a map in the days leading to the event, it will contain a list of locations for each of the teams.
Every team sells food (while their supplies last)! Teams do sell out, so we strongly encourage a “get there early, eat everything” plan of attack.
We have many bars located throughout our festival site serving a variety of Spanish beers and non-alcoholic drinks
Our food and drink vendors do not accept cash at the festival, only Paellafest give away tickets.
You need to approach to any of our check-in tents to get as many Paellafest money-tickets as you want to spend around the festival. This helps chef, vendors and attendees to only work with one payment method.
