PaellaFest is an international food and beverage event designed to promote, teach and raise awareness about authentic Valencian paella, and dishes like fideuà, through the organization of gastronomic competitions for chefs and restaurants all over the U.S. We collaborate with both a local and international expert jury and Master Chefs from all over the world who help us judge the contests to decide on each city’s winner based on set criteria.

The Paella Contest

At PaellaFest, eventgoers can enjoy tasting a variety of paellas prepared by participating chefs. Each chef will present three variants: the authentic Valencian, Seafood, and a unique culinary masterpiece that represents their personal cooking style.

Master Class

The selected contestants will have a unique opportunity to enhance their skills and knowledge through exclusive technical classes conducted by our esteemed jury chefs during the event. It's a chance to learn from the best, refine their culinary expertise, and further elevate their craft.

Beer & Wine

Explore various wine and beer selections curated from multiple regions. Don't miss the chance to savor tinto de verano and sangria, a delightful and refreshing blend of traditional flavors.

Entertainment

We're prepared to impress you with a captivating exhibition of Spain's vibrant cultural legacy, featuring performances from various music and dance groups. Experience the passion and energy of flamenco.
