She has been in the culinary industry for 13 years, during which she has excelled with great success. Chef Solórzano, a lover of the art of cooking and event coordination, has extensive experience in the field of show production, working as a producer and associate producer for renowned producers in the country, which makes her Private Chef service of excellent quality today.

She has been involved in the cooking segment on the radio for over 8 years. In the beginning, she spent four years as the host of the segment: “Cooking with Chef Erika,” which was broadcast every Monday on the hustle and bustle of La X 100.7FM, and she also has her column #Sabrosuras in the Regional Newspaper Presencia. She served as the host of the program “Onda Creativa” on Wapa 2 Deportes. In 2016, she was a pioneer in Puerto Rico with her innovative Facebook Live program “Cocinando Rico,” which aired every Wednesday at 7 pm and was successful for 3 years. She has worked on tours with recognized brands such as Con Gusto, Serranito, Campo Verde, Goya, Department of Agriculture, IMUSA, Pasta Zara, Maga Foods, Nestlé, Betis, Walmart, Splenda, among others, receiving a fantastic reception and excellent sales boost for the products. She is currently the ambassador for Betis/IMusa and Walmart. She has been a micro-entrepreneur for 4 years with her line of gourmet empanadas, La Solórzano. She is currently the Chef of La X and has her segment “En La Cocina con La SOLÓRZANO” on Terapia.

Last year, she represented Puerto Rico in Spain in the International Paella Competition in Valencia, ranking among the top 10 out of 41 participants.
