His restaurant, Xiquet by Danny Lledó, has achieved prestigious accolades, including a Michelin Star and AAA Five Diamonds. Growing up in Washington, D.C., and spending time in Dénia, Spain, he witnessed the unifying power of good food.
Guided by his father’s teachings, he mastered the art of paella, appreciating its diverse variations. Chef Lledó emphasizes the importance of a well-crafted broth and values simplicity and the use of the finest ingredients. Recognized as a Chef Ambassador for the Valencian Community, he remains committed to showcasing the region’s cuisine and products.
