José Alberto Sanchis
CEO Paellafest International

Our CEO, President and Founder, José Alberto Sanchis, has a long experience asan entrepreneur. Born in Valencia, Spain, he has lived in the USA for more thanthree decades, between Key Biscayne in Florida, Washington DC and currently inBethesda, Maryland. He visited Mexico City in 1976, where he participated in ameeting between businessmen and managers from Mexico and Spain in the IPADEBusiness School, to strengthen ties and promote new initiatives and businessopportunities.He holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra. He also has a PostgraduateDiploma in Spanish Language at the University of Valencia, PDD at the IESE inBarcelona, Exe MBA from the University of Miami and a management developmentprogram at Harvard, entitled Launching new Ventures, among others.

Brenda Martínez Ramírez
Directora General Paellafest México

Brenda Martínez Ramírez is the General Manager of Paellafest Mexico. He has long past experience in the organization, logistics and design of events. She is also the Director of Lavanda Eventos, a company dedicated to the design of social events in Querétaro; and she owned Dreamland, a children’s events room, in the same city. As Manager Director of Paellafest Mexico, Brenda is in charge of the general operation, logistics and coordination of the different areas that need to operate efficiently for the best experience of our clients. He has a degree in Public Accounting from la Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

Felipe A. Pérez Sosa
Consejero Paellafest México

Felipe Pérez Sosa is a full-time professor and researcher at Universidad Autónoma de Queretaro. He holds a BA in Administration and Finance from the Universidad Panamericana; Master’s Degree in dministration with a Specialization in Finance, by IEST – Anáhuac; and Doctorate in Economic and Administrative Sciences, from the Universidad Autónoma de Queretaro. In Paellafest he works as a counselor in corporate, financial, administrative and business strategy matters.

Ernesto Aguilera
Director Técnico y Operativo Paellafest México

Born in the city of Villahermosa, Tabasco, Chef Ernesto Aguilera was trained and obtained his degree in Gastronomy, at the Culinary Institute of Mexico, ICUM and since 1999 he has been much focused on the industrial sector. It was in 2007 when he decided to open his own catering service and years later, in 2015, he decided to change his name to Tierra Criolla CATERING In August 2014, Tierra Criolla restaurant was opened, whose visit has become a mandatory requirement for anyone who visits the city of Villahermosa. Chef Ernesto Aguilera is also the winner of several competitions, such as the Chef of the Year 2010, Finalist in Young Mexican Chef the same year, and finalist of the Gourmet Challenge in El Gourmet.com channel.

Convinced promoter of his homeland Villahermosa and its festivals, he has participated and coordinated since its initiation, the Chocolate Festival and the Cheese Festival.

Alejandro Díaz Hernández
Director de Relaciones Institucionales Paellafest México

Alejandro Diaz is an entrepreneur and journalist with extensive experience in media, public relations, civic work and several business activities. He also hold a Degree in Journalism from the Universidad de Navarra, from the AD1 program of IPADE, the Diploma in Philosophy from the Universidad Panamericana and courses in economics taught by CEESP and CCE. He has worked as a reporter and editor in “Gente”, Televisa, “Noroeste” and “Giro”; He has been the editor of publications in the Centro de Estudios Económicos del Sector Privado (CEESP), Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) and Fomento Cultural Banamex; Director de Centro Empresarial de Aguascalientes(COPARMEX); Advisor to countless business

organizations in Aguascalientes; and participant in the foundation of numerous educational institutions in Aguascalientes (El Encino School Center, Bonaterra Universidad). At Paellafest Mexico he is in charge of institutional relations with public and private organizations.
